Finding the support you need
Accessing support is a radical act of courage—a step towards positive change. All experiences and histories are welcome, we can work together to navigate life’s challenges. A culmination of past experiences, and added daily stressors impact the way we interact with the world. Seeking healing from past experiences and exploring new ways to cope with difficulties as they arise are both powerful and life changing.
Drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities my aim is to find a balance of understanding, experiential exercises, homework, and empathy that best suits your needs and personal goals. My goal is to create an inclusive, safe and anti-oppressive space. Whether you are seeking to heal from traumatic experiences, reconnect with yourself, or acquire the right tools to move forward in the world with confidence and acceptance – I am here to support you.

Welcome
I’M SO GLAD YOU’RE HERE!
I'm Alicia Graham, RTC and I'm passionate about supporting people through their struggles with a compassionate, and client-centered approach. I believe no struggle is too big or too small — we are all deserving of respect, support, and acceptance.
I would describe my therapy style as trauma informed, somatic, and anti-oppressive. Therapy starts with building trust and setting our course for your unique goals in therapy. Together, we’ll take steps towards those goals at a pace that works best for you. Every client is unique, and I’ll draw from various modalities, informed by your needs and lived experience, to best support you on your therapeutic journey.
ways to work with me
1:1 COUNSELLING
The most important relationship, is the one we have with ourself. Whether looking for support to heal from trauma, or wanting to learn coping strategies for ADHD, anxiety, or depression; individual counselling provides a space for you to show up however you are, and receive the support you need.
Bell Hooks once wrote, “When we face pain in relationships our first response is often to sever bonds rather than to maintain commitment.”
Couples counselling offers the tools and support to repair past hurts, learn communication strategies, and move forward together. The role of couples counselling is not to decide on who was right, and who was wrong, but rather to explore the dynamics present in the relationship, and work together to step outside of them. If the relationship is in question, discernment counselling is also an option.
Couples in non-traditional relationships (non-monogamous, kinky, etc) and couples in which one or both partners is neurodivergent or working in sex work; are especially in my wheelhouse.
COUPLES COUNSELLING
Can be for companies, festivals, or organizations. Topics can include emotional processing, communication, conflict resolution, and more. Good for building a shared foundation, working through a persistent dynamic, or bringing a group together.
